Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. Items will not qualify for returns/exchanges or refunds.

Any purchased item that we have in stock that is placed for store pick-up must be picked up within 1 year of purchase (pre-orders are 1 year from when it is available in-store).

Cancellations are only applied to orders/pre-orders that have not yet shipped. Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit or if the item is different from the description. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at social@boomloot.com within 7 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

REFUNDS

In the event, that the item being returned to BoomLoot is found to be damaged or defective, you may be liable for a 15% restocking fee and are responsible for all return shipping fees; provided the item is in mint and resellable condition and the original shipping charge (if any) will not be refunded.

Customers who refuse delivery will be subject to charges(shipping & restocking). If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the shipping carrier.

Refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to our facility and inspected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 2-5 additional business days for the payment to be refunded on returns once the item has been received.

Refunds from carrier claims(missed delivery, wrong address delivery, or damage during transit) will have to be determined on a case-to-case basis. Depending on the result of the claim, your order may or not be refunded (partial or full).

Shipping costs are not refundable unless an order is converted to in-store pickup,  a label is voided or a carrier reimburses it. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
