Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail along with a tracking number.

Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending upon shipping options and available services. With standard shipping, all items will be shipped within 4-7 business days. Orders made on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Custom Duties and VAT Fees:
We are shipping from the United States, so upon delivery you may incur extra charges such as custom duties and VAT fees.
These fees are not within our control and are charged by the country's Customs' office.

International Duties and Taxes:
BoomLoot is NOT responsible for any taxes/duties/tariffs associated with any orders. The buyer is responsible for all taxes/duties/tariffs. We serve as only the shipper and we do not pay any of the fees.

Return/Refund Policy

Notify BoomLoot in case of a return. Buyers may return the purchased item in the same condition it was received, within 15 days upon acceptance of the package. In the event your return request is past the 15 day return window, please contact the manufacturer of your product for a resolution.

  • Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Defective products are eligible for exchange, and no restocking and shipping fee will apply.
  • If an item is different from the description, please contact us at within 7 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. Refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to our facility and inspected. Please allow 2-5 additional business days for payment to be refunded on returns once the item has been received.
    In the event the item being returned to BoomLoot is not found to be damaged or defective or if buyer changed their mind, you may be assessed a 15% restocking fee and is responsible for all return shipping fees; provided the item is in new and resellable condition and the original shipping charge (if any) will not be refunded.
  • Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by shipping carrier.
  • Please check and make the appropriate changes to your shipping information, we will not change it for you. Buyers who provided an incorrect address and the package is returned to our facility, the buyer will be subject to charges for shipping/return shipping fee.
  • All returns must be packed with all the contents which came with the original package. Buyers must use the same shipping method that the merchant used. Otherwise, the seller will only reimburse for the shipping amount incurred from the initial shipment.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling of returns. Refund will be for the amount of the purchase price.
